Frequently Asked Questions
- Which controllers are supported?
- Most controllers that support the standard Gamepad API are compatible, including Xbox (360, One, Series), PlayStation (DualShock 4, DualSense), Switch Pro Controller, and many generic gamepads. Bluetooth and USB connections both work.
- Why isn't my controller detected?
- Make sure your controller is connected and paired. Press any button on the controller to wake it up. Some older or non-standard controllers may not be supported by the browser's Gamepad API.
- Does vibration work on all controllers?
- Vibration support depends on both the controller and the browser. Chrome supports vibration for Xbox and PlayStation controllers. Firefox has limited support. Safari does not currently support gamepad vibration.
